The ETs have been observing humans for many centuries without making any attempt to contact (except in isolated cases). They are forbidden by Cosmic Law to interfere with the affairs of the Earth, and so they have been silently watching and making occasional contact when it was deemed appropriate and permissible. However, in 1945 a new situation arose. The United States developed the nuclear bomb, Russia soon followed and the nuclear age began in earnest. Now, these countries were not only capable of destroying each other but also all other life on earth as well. Not only did the world live under the threat of a nuclear holocaust, the countries were planning to build nuclear power plants which the ETs knew were dangerous - prone to accidents as well as polluting the atmosphere with a very harmful radiation while operating normally (a type of radiation not yet detectable by man). The ETs decided it was high time to make contact with the responsible governments (basically the US government which was the only one in 1947 with nuclear weapons) before some irreversible catastrophe occurred.
An explanation of 'etheric' bodies: All human beings have five bodies of increasing 'vibration' which envelop our souls:
Gross physical body (Sanskrit: Annamaya Kosha)
Etheric/pranic body (Pranamaya Kosha)
Astral/emotional body (Manomaya Kosha)
Mental body (Vigyanamaya Kosha)
Causal body (Anandamaya Kosha)
Our eyes can currently see only the physical body, but someday we will develop the ability to see etheric objects also. As the human species evolves further, develops spiritually and physically, it will eventually drop the physical body and will be able to survive in incarnation only with the four higher bodies.
Incidentally, etheric matter is very likely what physicists today call 'dark matter'.
The Space Visitors
The inhabitants of many of the planets of our solar system (Uranus, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars etc) have progressed further than humans on Earth, both technologically as well as spiritually. Hence these Extraterrestrials have already dropped their gross physical bodies and exist with only the higher four of the bodies listed above. Since they have no physical bodies (only bodies made of etheric matter), they normally can not be seen by human eyes. They travel in etheric space ships which also are not visible normally. They also live in homes made of etheric matter and use etheric tools, so if you land on Mars you will not see any buildings or people or anything resembling a settlement.
Most of the visitors are from Mars or Venus. Venus is a very highly developed planet far ahead of the Earth (both spiritually and technologically). The planet Venus has a special connection to Earth. In fact many of the initial members of the Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy as well as the Lords of the Flame of Shambala including Sanat Kumara Himself, have come to Earth from Venus (Sanat Kumara may have originally come from outside the solar system - probably the Pleiadians, according to his other Hindu name). Mars is pretty much at the same level of spiritual development as Earth (much further technologically). Luckily for them, the Dark Forces have not gained a foothold on their planet, so they have progressed much further than Earth (actually luck has nothing to do with it, humanity by its own actions allowed the Dark Forces to enter the affairs of this world). Each planet has its Spiritual Hierarchy and each Hierarchy is in contact with each other - so the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Earth is always in touch and consultation with the other planetary Hierarchies. The planets of our solar system in the order of development (spiritual, technological etc):
Uranus

Vulcan (like its residents, this planet itself has no gross physical body, only an etheric one and so is invisible to us)
Venus
Jupiter & Neptune

The first seven are the seven sacred planets (their seven Logoi being 'the Seven Spirits before the throne of God' - Revelation 1:4. The 'God' in this case is the Solar Logos - there are individual 'Gods' at different levels though They are all essentially part of one undifferentiated consciousness). The last three - Mars, Earth and Pluto are considered non-sacred planets. (In short, if you are a genius on earth, you may be below average on Venus or even a dimwit on Uranus. You may not be too bright on Mars either - Mars is at the same level as Earth spiritually but way ahead technologically)
Physically the ETs look fairly anthropomorphic - two large eyes, two legs, two hands, rather slim. The Martians are short while the Venusians can be tall (I have no information about those from other planets). Their bodies seem quite elegant and utilitarian to me, in no way ugly or revolting as they are often portrayed in science fiction movies. The bodies are not muscular since all heavy lifting is done by machine or even by directed thought or an act of will (Sanskrit - sankalpa) rather than brute force, so physical strength and huge muscles are redundant (sorry Ahnold!). They mainly communicate with each other using telepathy, but they are probably capable of speaking out aloud. (Here is a video of a Martian. The video is actually not that convincing but its authenticity has been confirmed in Share International). Though more advanced, the ETs are in no way perfect like the members of our Hierarchy (or theirs). A Martian would probably be pretty much like some decent, non-violent, friendly liberal Earth person. A Venusian perhaps being more advanced would be more like a soulful, spiritual, dignified person. I don't know if they have our sense of humor or ability to enjoy being silly, but we will eventually find that out. Maybe they like watching movies just like we do, I just hope to God that their taste in movies is better than that of most human beings.

The Roswell Incident
Once the decision was taken to contact the US government by the ETs, there was one problem - to humans, the ETs were essentially invisible, which meant they did not exist. Even though the etheric spaceships could be brought down in vibration to make them temporarily visible, that was apparently not enough to prove their existence. Anyone who claimed to have seen them was assumed to have hallucinated or been on drugs. So the ETs came up with a radical, courageous plan that required the supreme sacrifice. A small spaceship with two or three Martians on board would have its vibration level lowered so as to be brought down to the physical plane and then deliberately crashed into the New Mexico desert near Roswell. Only one Martian survived the crash, but was critically injured. The US military eventually gathered all pieces of crashed vehicle, the bodies of the Martians and tried to figure out what was going on. There were many witnesses, since locals as well as military personnel were involved in the clean up. However, the decision was made at the highest level to hush the whole thing up, classify the incident top secret in order not to panic the populace, while the ship and bodies were studied. (Interesting note: The spacecraft being made of etheric matter eventually deteriorated into an unrecognizable mass no longer holding its shape. The captured alien soon died - it is not known whether the alien succumbed to his injuries due to the crash or because of mistreatment/torture by his captors.)
Note: It has been recently revealed by Share International that there have been other sacrificial crashes since the first one at Roswell, perhaps in other countries. The purpose of these crashes may be to give other countries proof of alien existence too and also the opportunity to examine the space vehicle. However, none of the alien spacecraft can be brought down by any weapon built by humans (as is claimed by some people).
The US Government and ETs
Now that concrete proof of the existence of the ETs was available to the US government, the ETs started sending messages to the leadership which knew about the Roswell incident. The central message was that nuclear weapons were very dangerous and should be eliminated, plans to build nuclear power plants should be shelved immediately and in return the ETs would help the world develop new sources of energy which were safe and essentially unlimited. The elimination of nuclear was naturally a military decision, but the civilian leadership of that time was also involved.
This was the time of the cold war. Harry Truman was the President. Truman was no Roosevelt - he was a small town Southerner, a decent man, but no great statesman - not exactly an internationalist or overly broad-minded. He had no regrets about using the atomic bombs (My personal opinion: Even if as many would say, using the bomb was necessary to end the war, why did they need to use two? That's like saying we have to kill more than one person to scare the neighbors. Just one dead body doesn't do the trick). When Germany attacked Russia, Truman said "If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don't want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances." He and his cold war Generals were the people who would be making the decision on what to do about the ETs overtures.
The decision was made to ignore the ETs urgent messages. A secret department was created to investigate the ETs, their downed spaceship and their ultra high technology. How did the thought process go? How did they decide what the best course of action was? Since the whole affair is so highly classified, we can only speculate. So here goes (pure speculation):
Super patriotic General (his father may have been at the Alamo): "I smell a rat. What do these wogs want? What is their angle? What is in it for them? Who do they think they are fooling? We waren't born yestirday. Once we disarm they will invade us with their fancy weapons"
Blue blooded Politician (his was the third generation of ivy league educated men in the cabinet): "The great nation of the United States stands between these blood-thirsty savages and the entire world. We are the world's last hope. It is manifest destiny that the US makes the last stand to defend the world against these aliens."
Member of the Cabinet (a self-made man - his father was a used car salesman during the Depression): "These aliens are a bunch of saps. We will just string them along until we figure out their technologies. That can't be too difficult, we already have all those Germans working on the rocket program. If not, we can just con them into handing their secrets over and keep all our nukes as well".
Someone who looks rather like Dan Quayle jumps up and starts hysterical shouting - "USA! USA! USA!". The general asks him to shut up and sit down.
The OSS (CIA) man in dark glasses (nobody in the room knew his real name): "Wonder what kind of sex these aliens have? We could get some pictures and spread them around. Nobody in the world would touch them again with a barge pole. We have already taken care of all the witnesses. Its like the aliens never existed."
The President takes a deep breath and with great pride in his voice: "Boys, today will be remembered forever in history as the day, America did right by the world. Just keep it to ourselves for now. Shut it down like it never happened. Y'all have a good weekend now."
I am sure we can come up with a lot of different scenarios. When governments keep information, which rightfully belongs to all humanity, so secret, I think we have the right to speculate all we want. The decision was unanimous - the aliens were to be ignored. The Truman team basically did not take the ETs that seriously. After all any US marine could break one of those ETs, that they had found on the ship, into two pieces with both his hands tied behind his back. Our jewels - the nukes would be preserved and strengthened. The incident would be completely covered up. It was a wonderful day in America.
When the Truman term ended in 1953, General Eisenhower, the golfing President entered office. The General knew exactly how to fight battles and win wars. Just command someone to do it while he went golfing. Eisenhower's cabinet contained two of the most evil men in the world since WWII - the Dulles brothers (Kissinger, Dick Cheney, David Addington, Karl Rove and Elliot Abrams come pretty close in matching them in evil). One brother was the Secretary of State and the other one was Director of the CIA. And then there was Nelson Rockefeller - he was no stranger to secrecy and the intelligence agencies and Eisenhower had already assigned him chairmanship of the President's Advisory Committee on Government Reorganization. In addition Rockefeller was appointed the head of the Operations Coordinating Board responsible for integrating the implementation of national security policies - the OCB included the Under Secretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Director of the Foreign Operations Administration, the Director of Central Intelligence, and the President's Special Assistant for Psychological Warfare (from Wikipedia).
The ET phenomenon had been well analyzed by the military by now. The report that Nelson Rockefeller saw was devastating - it basically predicted the end of world as he knew it. Nelson Rockefeller was reputedly a 'liberal', eastern republican, not like the narrow minded ones from the south. However, Nelson also believed in the 'American way' and the superiority of 'Western civilization'. He was proud of his white, Anglo-Saxon heritage, American capitalism and his Christian upbringing. He was also an internationalist who believed in spreading these American/European values across the world through evangelizing. The other earthly races were the white man's burden and he would show them the right way to live. But these ETs were going to spoil all that. They appeared to be far more advanced and superior. They even talked in terms of peace and brotherhood. If the world at large found out about these superior beings, why would they bother with what he and America had to say? It would be the end of American and Anglo-Saxon domination. It may even be the end of capitalism. With cheap, unlimited energy sources like the ETs promised, the third world would advance at a rapid pace. All poverty and want would be eliminated. Within a couple of decades, they would catch up with the West. With free energy and technological progress, the countries with the highest population would be the most powerful. China and India would be dominant with the US a distant third. Christian beliefs and dogmas were also at risk. This would never do. The ETs had to be outwitted and defeated. The world was to be united against the ETs under the leadership of America and its allies.(Of course with clean, free energy, there would be no pollution, no climate change, no global warming, no poverty, no starvation - but these were not the problems of the 50s and 60s in America nor considerations for the 'free market' republicans who wanted the market to fix all these problems).
Truman and his team had done a good job keeping the ET information from the public, but now it was time to take it further underground, not only would the public not know about, it would be hidden from all elected officials as well. Nobody but those within military/intelligence complex who were already involved with ETs would have that information and any others would get to know only by invitation from those already in it. This group would be financed completely off the books, by black budgets from the CIA and other agencies or from friends in the know in private industry (banking, defense and energy/oil companies) or even self-financed by illegal activities when necessary. The ultimate coverup had begun. The private industry partners in this black project were very likely led by Nelson's brother - David Rockefeller. Together with other European banking families, US defense contractors and energy interests, the two Rockefeller brothers (or at least Nelson alone) would help the US intelligence communities (CIA/NSA/NRO etc) manage the operation. The golfing president signed off on it and essentially signed himself out of the loop without quite understanding what he had done.
The US Military/Intelligence Cabal and ETs
The plan to handle the ET phenomenon consisted of several projects (all run by the blackest of the black ops):
Try to catch up with the ETs technologically - develop similar space vehicles as well as weapons to disable/destroy such spaceships. This project of building spacecraft like the ETs was handed to the defense contractors who were partners in the operation.
Discredit all witnesses to UFO sightings or close encounters with actual ETs. This involved planting CIA assets in every organization which believed in UFOs and buying off any journalists or writers who wished to investigate the ET phenomenon. The worst part of it was catching those who did have encounters with the ETs and intimidating them, if necessary kidnapping them, torturing them, drugging them or eliminating them if that was what it took.
Get people in the US (as well as the rest of world) to fear and loath the ETs (without ever admitting that they existed). Here the plan got more complex - it involved psychological warfare. The plan was to have the military/intelligence members pretend to be aliens and then abduct ET sympathizers or those who may want to expose the coverup. The abductees were drugged, hypnotized, tortured or sexually abused (the intelligence operatives have long discovered that sexual abuse was a easy way to traumatize people) using techniques perfected in the CIA's mind control project MKULTRA. Besides drugs and hypnosis, bombarding the victims with concentrated electromagnetic rays was also used. The latter technique caused paralysis and often made the victims unknowingly have out-of-body experiences. While under drugs and hypnosis, false memories of alien atrocities were planted in the victims minds. The whole thing sounds like science fiction, but it turned out to be a very successful program. Since the ETs often visited rural areas, a special group that secretly mutilated cattle was created. This was sure to turn farmers against the 'demonic aliens'. If nothing worked outright murder was always an option. They had discovered ways of driving people completely crazy or even inducing cancer in people from a distance using the Electromagnetic weapons
The groups involved in the disinformation, abductions, torture, mutilations were very much like the Nazis - Mengele, Bormann, Himmler, Goebels all rolled into one (apparently only a Hitler was missing). I am convinced the planetary Dark Forces influenced the groups, some of them may have even been obsessed by one of the Lords of Materiality. As years past, the group went out of control. Even the civilian leadership (what little there was of it), like the Rockefellers, could no longer control them. They became a rogue operation within a rogue operation. If a CIA director or even a President dared interfere in the cabal's affairs, they and their families were at risk. No Democratic President was let in on the coverup. Kennedy who tried to find out more may have been assassinated for that very reason. Carter and Clinton did not have a clue and were threatened when they asked any questions. GHW Bush Sr. was in on it, but when he suggested revealing the secret, he too was threatened.
The Church and the ETs
When the Vatican was informed by the US government of the alien menace, they were equally appalled. They searched the Bible desperately for any indication of such beings. If the ETs were not angels or demons, what were they? Could the divine trinity be applied to the ETs too? The Father and the Holy Spirit seemed universal enough, but Jesus posed a real problem. Was Jesus just the Son of Man or also the Son of ET? There was no indications that The ETs accepted such a human/divine Son of God (or even a God). And they were an advance superior race! The whole Christian belief system built around the 'only begotten Son of God' was at risk. It was best to suppress all information regarding the ETs.
Recent statements from the Vatican indicate that they are preparing for the time when eventually the truth about ETs will be revealed. A priest (Monsignor Corrado Balducci) not directly associated with the top brass at the Vatican, has been authorized to state that "extraterrestrial encounters are not demonic, they are not due to psychological impairment, they are not a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully". He spoke about the extraterrestrial people as part of God's creation and that they are not angels nor are they devils. Recently Fr. José Gabriel Funes S.J., the current director of the Vatican Observatory, organized a conference about the possibility and consequences of life existing in outer space. He even suggested that there could be aliens who were superior to humans and not guilty of original sin (Whatever that means! I guess, he is saying that the aliens are not demonic like the fundamentalists believe). Incidentally the SJ - the Society of Jesuits is supposed to control the Vatican's intelligence service.
Islam and the ETs
Luckily for us all, no Islamic country with the exception of Pakistan has nuclear weapons. Pakistan has never had a stable government. There was no point in the ETs approaching them. However, I am sure that if Pakistan's nukes ever got into the wrong hands, the ETs will disable them before any harm is done.
Islam is very specific about the type of beings that exist in the universe. According to Islam there only three kinds of beings - humans, angels and demons. The ETs were not humans and they were definitely not angels - that leaves only one choice. I am pretty sure the full disclosure of the existence of the ETs will result in the complete collapse of the Islamic religion. Unfortunately, the fanatics among the muslims will not give up without a fight. This will mean violent clashes between the firm believers (in this three kind of beings theory) and those Muslims who will accept that the ETs are not demons, but superior and advanced beings.
Foreign Governments and ETs
The motives of The US government are fairly clear. The presence of ETs, their technological superiority, the availability of limitless sources of energy were threats to US domination of the world as well its political, social, economic and religious structures. But what about the other nuclear powers that were also approached by the ETs? What were their motives for participating in the coverup? These are not so clear, so we must speculate. The analyses below is speculation, some day soon we will find how much truth there is in it.
Britain
The British were convinced by the US government that the ETs were dangerous and not to be trusted. If the west ever lost their nuclear weapons, the ETs were sure to invade and take over the world. Britain being a developed economy had nothing to gain by revealing the existence of the ETs and their UFOs and much to lose.
Recent official statements from the British government indicate that while not admitting the ETs/UFOs exist, the British government considers them harmless and benign. However, the British government as usual would like to defer to the US on whether or when to reveal their existence.
France
The French government does not like to defer to the US, but they also see the danger of the West losing dominance and the more populous countries of the East becoming world powers. France is heavily invested in nuclear energy and quite sure the fission plants are safe. Also France is technically a Catholic country. Perhaps the France would like to defer to the Vatican for the timing of revealing the ET phenomenon.
Russia
The Russia were the second country to be approached by the ETs. However they were soon convinced by the US that the ETs would not only leave them defenceless (without nukes) but that the ETs posed a danger to the monopoly of power of the Communist party in Russia. Once the people had free localized energy, they would be independent of any central control. More recently, after the fall of communism, the reason for the Russians silence is not that clear. Naturally like the US, they also did not like the idea of the Eastern countries becoming the dominant world powers in the near future.
China
The Chinese were also fearful of losing their nukes - their only protection against the USSR and US. They were also worried about losing the power monopoly that the centralized communist party enjoyed. More recently, they have been having delusions of grandeur. In a few decades they expect to overtake the US economy and become the dominant power with or without the ETs help. They do not relish the idea of sharing the world stage with the Indians who they consider an inferior race. It is best if the ETs and their technology were delayed or hidden for ever.
India
India has been late coming to the nuclear club. So the contact with ETs has been very recent. India would benefit most amongst all countries by elimination of nukes, the revelation of the existence of the ETs and the development of new energy sources. With cheap energy, India's millions of starving people would be dragged out of poverty in a single generation. Also among all the religions, Hinduism would be least affected by the ET news, if anything many of its beliefs maybe vindicated. However, though India is regional power, on the international stage, it is a timid country. If would defer to the US rather than upset the status quo. Besides Indians are panicky people. If you walk through the streets of Bombay and shout 'the sky is falling', people will run for their lives. That maybe another consideration.
Besides having their own reasons for participating in the coverup, there is reason to believe that leaders of foreign countries have also been threatened by the US Cabal, these include threats to the lives of the leaders as well as their families. There are rumors that members of the families of foreign leaders have been abducted by the US staged fake aliens and frightened into silence.
Myths. Rumors and FAQ
What do the ETs want from us? The ETs want or need nothing from us or the Earth. They are here to help and guide us. They are as benevolent as anthropologists studying primitive tribes, but even more so. They want us to grow up and learn to live in peace with each other. Once we have learnt that, they will welcome us into their club of civilized planets.
Why don't the ETs bypass the governments and just land in a public place for everyone to see? As said before, the ETs are forbidden by Cosmic Law from interfering with Earth affairs or Human Free Will. They need to be invited by the governments or even directly by a major portion of the Earth's population in some way. If the entire international press published many serious stories of the UFOs and asked the ETs to show themselves, that may also do the trick. The ETs naturally would like to avoid causing a panic which a government announcement or a press announcement may help to reduce.
Are ETs scared of nuclear weapons? Only to the extent that the weapons will be used to destroy the world and all life on it. The ETs can technically disable all the weapons and their delivery systems anytime they wish to do so. However, the ETs are not allowed by the Cosmic Law of Free Will and Karma to interfere with the affairs of the Earth. If the world were on the brink of nuclear war, the ETs might intervene, but not before that. When the US sent a plutonium nuclear device to the moon, the ETs disabled it. So outside the Earth's atmosphere, the ETs will intervene whenever necessary. There are rumors that the US is planning to explode a bomb on the moon later this year, there is a good chance that ETs will prevent that too. Of course, the ETs are in touch with the Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy and any such action is taken only in consultation with Them and with Their concurrence.
Do the ETs come from star systems light years away? All the ETs that come the Earth are from Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn. The ones from Mars are the most common and Venusians a distant second. The Martians are the ones who took care of the moon incident and they will handle most of the problems created by the Cabal. Of course there are life forms outside the solar system, many even more advanced. But they are not coming to Earth for now, until affairs on Earth get sorted out, one way or another. (The other way would be to declare the Earth and its inhabitants beyond redemption and leave them to slowly regress and die out, either by climate change, global warming and eventual death by starvation and poisoning or by a nuclear war between the various nuclear nations)
Are there 'evil' ETs as well as 'good' ETs? There are probably some evil ETs somewhere in the universe. However, they are not allowed by the friendly ETs (as well as by Shambala and the Lord of the World) to enter the Earth's sphere. The 'evil' ETs experienced by many people are all creations of the US Military/Intelligence Cabal. There are stories that the Cabal has created hybrid creatures through genetic engineering that resemble ETs. This may or may not be true - maybe they just use midgets in body suits like the Star Wars movies. In any case, these fake ETs are completely controlled by the Cabal and taught to commit these atrocities to malign the real ETs.
Do the ET spaceships travel faster than the speed of light? I don't have this information. The ships are made of etheric matter and may not obey the same laws of physics as gross physical objects. When the UFOs seem to vanish into thin air, they are switching from physical to etheric, becoming invisible to human eyes and appearing to simply disappear. However, I have learnt that they can get from their home planets (like Mars) to Earth in a matter of minutes.
Has the US Cabal developed similar spaceships as the ETs? Some of the ET motherships are a mile or more in length. The secret US government has nothing like that. They have managed to build small craft that resemble the ET spaceships (vertical takeoff, really fast speed), but other than that they nowhere near the ETs technology. The cabal would like to give the appearance that they have achieved parity. There are rumors that the Cabal is planning to stage a fake 'alien invasion' using these primitive flying saucers and frighten the world into uniting against the 'alien menace'. Hopefully we never get to that stage since the Cabal will have to kill many people and destroy many homes to stage a convincing 'invasion'.
Are the BilderBerg Group, CFR and Trilateral Commission members part of the cover up? I have no doubt that a small percentage of the members of the these three groups are aware of the coverup or were initially part of it (for instance Henry Kissinger who worked for Nelson Rockefeller). However, I am also sure that a majority of the members are as much in the dark as anyone else. The members of the three groups share the believe of the Cabal in uniting the world and solving problems as a single entity (with Capitalism as a dogma), but most of them still believe in democracy. The Cabal, on the other hand, really believes in a united world with its own members in control pretty much like dictators (but hidden in the shadows). Even those members who are aware of the coverup have probably lost any control of the Cabal and only serve to provide it intellectual legitimacy. If they made the slightest move to go against the Cabal's wishes, they would also be taken out. The Cabal has now deteriorated into an out of control Mafia (a bit like the Pakistani Taliban). In fact, I believe that one of the goals of the Cabal is to spread disinformation regarding all three of these groups. When and if the fake 'alien invasion' occurs, many of the members of these groups will be probably be apprehended to prevent them from providing any alternate leadership.
Is there a Secret Shadow Government controlling the affairs of the United States as well as other countries? We should not dignify the activities of this gang of thugs by calling them a 'Shadow Government', because an illegal bunch of thugs is essentially what they are. They do not dictate or formulate government policy, but through their activities of intimidation, blackmail, extortion, torture and assassinations, they exercise a veto power on all that occurs within government as well as in private enterprises. Because of the immunity they enjoy from government investigation, prosecution and oversight, they can get away with these nefarious, illegal activities as long as they wish. The members of this Military/Intelligence Cabal or gang of thugs can be broadly classified into four groups (some members may have characteristics of more than one of these groups, but all new members are chosen on the grounds that they fit into one these profiles):
The Billionaire Power Mongers - These are private industry leaders, like the Rockefellers, from the banking, energy or defense industry (from the US as well as Europe). They have been in control of the world economy since the industrial revolution and they are not about to give up that control. In the beginning they had hoped to control space and interplanetary affairs pretty much like they have controlled international affairs for so long. Their plan was to achieve technological parity with the ETs and eventually control them much as they have controlled transnational groups in the world. I believe, however, that after many decades of trying, they have all given up on this goal since the ET's are technologically far too superior. They also realize that the truth about the ETs will eventually come out. All that these billionaires want now, is that their hegemony is prolonged as much as possible and that their own role in the coverup is not disclosed. Some of them prefer that the truth comes out, after their own natural death. Also, they are too frightened of the fourth group to reveal anything much themselves.
The Whacko Nut Cases. These are fundamentalist Christians who believe in the 'End Times' and the 'Second Coming' of the Christ. Actually they are quite correct about the Return of the Christ, but completely wrong about the 'end of the world' and the nature of 'the Christ'. These people not only expect the Christ to return soon, but also the world to end in an apocalypse while the faithful (dead or alive) are raised in a 'rapture' to join the Christ in heaven. Since the bible does not mention ETs, this group believes that the ETs are demons (or fallen angels) and their own job is to defeat these demons, in order to facilitate the return of the Christ as well as the End of World through an apocalyptic war.
The Amoral Technicians. These are engineers, researchers, technicians who want to work on the cutting edge of technology without any ethical or moral boundaries. Besides engineers who work on spacecraft, propulsion systems and new weapons systems, they include scientists involved in genetic engineering trying to create new species - half-man/half-alien (using DNA from captured aliens) as well as psychologists who want to investigate human psychology to control and manipulate people, manufacture/alter memory and consciousness. Being members of this group gives them essentially unlimited resources for their research and development as well as a ready supply of human/animal subjects for experimentation.
The Psycho Enforcers (The Men In Black). These are military or intelligence professionals who are experts in enforcement and disinformation. Through the ruthless use of fear, blackmail, brutal force, mind control as well as financial incentives, they make sure that everything in the media, in politics, in private or public institutions maintains the UFO coverup while at the same time denigrating aliens (if they existed). Their goal is to thwart the efforts of the ETs to promote denuclearization and demilitarization and to unite the world in a new war against the ETs to be fought in space. For instance, the funding for movies like 'the Independence Day' or 'the Fourth Kind' are facilitated by this group. Because of their ability to act with impunity and eliminate any human opposition, the group is in total denial about the superiority of the ETs. The lust of power and control have totally compromised this group, so that they have been taken over by the planetary Dark Forces (something they may or may not be aware of). I don't want to call some of this group - Satanists (because there is no such person as Satan), but they do appear to derive their strength and viciousness by practicing some form of the 'Black Arts' (There is some substance to 'Men who stare at goats'). They have sunk to such low levels of immorality and depravity that they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. They are also quite willing to use the same techniques of control and intimidation against any members of the four groups who may have second thoughts about perpetuating the coverup.
Initially, there was a fifth group - people like Henry Kissinger who provided the whole operation intellectual legitimacy. Henry could say such pithy things like 'one should not confuse international diplomacy with charity work' while dropping bombs on civilians. But the Cabal no longer needed any intellectual legitimacy. They knew they were on a mission from God (or what they think is God) and nothing would stop them in their mission - no President, no elected official, no political appointee, least of all any ordinary citizen.
There are some reasons to believe that joining this Cabal requires a person to take part in some sort of initiation ceremony - a blood oath or blood ritual rather like joining a cult. Apparently this initiation process where one swears to secrecy and loyalty to the group above any other loyalty - to the constitution, president or country, can cause personality changes and somehow brainwash the person into a fanatical, blind allegiance to the group.
However, this Military/Intelligence Cabal has also evolved over time. Though they have not yet stopped their ruthless enforcement activities, it looks like they are tired of playing the game. Right now they are merely acting as if in a dream, as if by force of habit. They would never have allowed a Barack Obama to be elected in the 60s. The decline in American power and the rise of China and India is happening anyway, even without the ET's technology. Now the cabal is only looking for a way out which would let them save their own skins (as well as money) without fear of prosecution or investigation. There may be a plan prepared for a final staged 'alien invasion', but I doubt if it will ever be carried out.
How Will the Coverup be Resolved?
Our spineless media and government are too compromised and frightened by the Psychos for the coverup to be ever exposed from within. The only way this will be resolved is the actual Return of The Christ (or the Imam Mahdi). Once the Christ emerges and is recognized by a majority of the world's people, He will declare Himself as such to all the people of the world. He will then introduce His own group of Masters and soon after that the Space Brothers - the ETs. This emergence of the Christ is scheduled to happen very soon. Similar to the 'Star of Bethlehem', four Stars have appeared in the sky - so that people from all over the world can see this sign of His imminent return, day and night. These four stars are actually spaceships - one from Mars, one from Jupiter, one from Venus and one from another planet (the original Star of Bethlehem was also an UFO). A brilliant spiral-shaped pattern of light was viewed by many witnesses in the skies over Norway on Dec 9, 2009, and it could be seen as far away as London. According to Benjamin Creme, this spectacular design was produced by one of the four 'stars'. It is a sign of hope and wonder that is intended to engage the world's attention. The ETs or Space Brothers are cooperating and working with Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy for the Return of the Christ.

Update 3/15/2011 : With the ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan and the chance of a major nuclear catastrophe (apart from the earthquake itself), the best option for the world would be for the US to request help from the ET's. Not only are these ET's eager to help us, they already do so by neutralizing excess radiation in the atmosphere. However, they can only do so much without an direct official request for their help.
Update 5/23/2013 : I had a very interesting insight yesterday - the relationship between the US Military and the ET's is very similar to the relationship between the North Korean government and the US. For instance:
The North Koreans want to be treated as equals to the US. Other than being two sovereign nations, there is really nothing equal between the two. Same is true for the US military and the ETs - the ETs would rather discuss issues with the UN (or our Spiritual Hierarchy) rather than some self-appointed secret military leadership (without civilians involved).

The ETs have been observing humans for many centuries without making any attempt to contact (except in isolated cases). They are forbidden by Cosmic Law to interfere with the affairs of the Earth, and so they have been silently watching and making occasional contact when it was deemed appropriate and permissible. However, in 1945 a new situation arose. The United States developed the nuclear bomb, Russia soon followed and the nuclear age began in earnest. Now, these countries were not only capable of destroying each other but also all other life on earth as well. Not only did the world live under the threat of a nuclear holocaust, the countries were planning to build nuclear power plants which the ETs knew were dangerous - prone to accidents as well as polluting the atmosphere with a very harmful radiation while operating normally (a type of radiation not yet detectable by man). The ETs decided it was high time to make contact with the responsible governments (basically the US government which was the only one in 1947 with nuclear weapons) before some irreversible catastrophe occurred.
An explanation of 'etheric' bodies: All human beings have five bodies of increasing 'vibration' which envelop our souls:
Gross physical body (Sanskrit: Annamaya Kosha)
Etheric/pranic body (Pranamaya Kosha)
Astral/emotional body (Manomaya Kosha)
Mental body (Vigyanamaya Kosha)
Causal body (Anandamaya Kosha)
Our eyes can currently see only the physical body, but someday we will develop the ability to see etheric objects also. As the human species evolves further, develops spiritually and physically, it will eventually drop the physical body and will be able to survive in incarnation only with the four higher bodies.
Incidentally, etheric matter is very likely what physicists today call 'dark matter'.
The Space Visitors
The inhabitants of many of the planets of our solar system (Uranus, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars etc) have progressed further than humans on Earth, both technologically as well as spiritually. Hence these Extraterrestrials have already dropped their gross physical bodies and exist with only the higher four of the bodies listed above. Since they have no physical bodies (only bodies made of etheric matter), they normally can not be seen by human eyes. They travel in etheric space ships which also are not visible normally. They also live in homes made of etheric matter and use etheric tools, so if you land on Mars you will not see any buildings or people or anything resembling a settlement.
Most of the visitors are from Mars or Venus. Venus is a very highly developed planet far ahead of the Earth (both spiritually and technologically). The planet Venus has a special connection to Earth. In fact many of the initial members of the Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy as well as the Lords of the Flame of Shambala including Sanat Kumara Himself, have come to Earth from Venus (Sanat Kumara may have originally come from outside the solar system - probably the Pleiadians, according to his other Hindu name). Mars is pretty much at the same level of spiritual development as Earth (much further technologically). Luckily for them, the Dark Forces have not gained a foothold on their planet, so they have progressed much further than Earth (actually luck has nothing to do with it, humanity by its own actions allowed the Dark Forces to enter the affairs of this world). Each planet has its Spiritual Hierarchy and each Hierarchy is in contact with each other - so the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Earth is always in touch and consultation with the other planetary Hierarchies. The planets of our solar system in the order of development (spiritual, technological etc):
Uranus
Mercury
Vulcan (like its residents, this planet itself has no gross physical body, only an etheric one and so is invisible to us)
Venus
Jupiter & Neptune
Saturn
Mars
Earth
Pluto
The first seven are the seven sacred planets (their seven Logoi being 'the Seven Spirits before the throne of God' - Revelation 1:4. The 'God' in this case is the Solar Logos - there are individual 'Gods' at different levels though They are all essentially part of one undifferentiated consciousness). The last three - Mars, Earth and Pluto are considered non-sacred planets. (In short, if you are a genius on earth, you may be below average on Venus or even a dimwit on Uranus. You may not be too bright on Mars either - Mars is at the same level as Earth spiritually but way ahead technologically)
Physically the ETs look fairly anthropomorphic - two large eyes, two legs, two hands, rather slim. The Martians are short while the Venusians can be tall (I have no information about those from other planets). Their bodies seem quite elegant and utilitarian to me, in no way ugly or revolting as they are often portrayed in science fiction movies. The bodies are not muscular since all heavy lifting is done by machine or even by directed thought or an act of will (Sanskrit - sankalpa) rather than brute force, so physical strength and huge muscles are redundant (sorry Ahnold!). They mainly communicate with each other using telepathy, but they are probably capable of speaking out aloud. (Here is a video of a Martian. The video is actually not that convincing but its authenticity has been confirmed in Share International). Though more advanced, the ETs are in no way perfect like the members of our Hierarchy (or theirs). A Martian would probably be pretty much like some decent, non-violent, friendly liberal Earth person. A Venusian perhaps being more advanced would be more like a soulful, spiritual, dignified person. I don't know if they have our sense of humor or ability to enjoy being silly, but we will eventually find that out. Maybe they like watching movies just like we do, I just hope to God that their taste in movies is better than that of most human beings.

The Roswell Incident
Once the decision was taken to contact the US government by the ETs, there was one problem - to humans, the ETs were essentially invisible, which meant they did not exist. Even though the etheric spaceships could be brought down in vibration to make them temporarily visible, that was apparently not enough to prove their existence. Anyone who claimed to have seen them was assumed to have hallucinated or been on drugs. So the ETs came up with a radical, courageous plan that required the supreme sacrifice. A small spaceship with two or three Martians on board would have its vibration level lowered so as to be brought down to the physical plane and then deliberately crashed into the New Mexico desert near Roswell. Only one Martian survived the crash, but was critically injured. The US military eventually gathered all pieces of crashed vehicle, the bodies of the Martians and tried to figure out what was going on. There were many witnesses, since locals as well as military personnel were involved in the clean up. However, the decision was made at the highest level to hush the whole thing up, classify the incident top secret in order not to panic the populace, while the ship and bodies were studied. (Interesting note: The spacecraft being made of etheric matter eventually deteriorated into an unrecognizable mass no longer holding its shape. The captured alien soon died - it is not known whether the alien succumbed to his injuries due to the crash or because of mistreatment/torture by his captors.)
Note: It has been recently revealed by Share International that there have been other sacrificial crashes since the first one at Roswell, perhaps in other countries. The purpose of these crashes may be to give other countries proof of alien existence too and also the opportunity to examine the space vehicle. However, none of the alien spacecraft can be brought down by any weapon built by humans (as is claimed by some people).
The US Government and ETs
Now that concrete proof of the existence of the ETs was available to the US government, the ETs started sending messages to the leadership which knew about the Roswell incident. The central message was that nuclear weapons were very dangerous and should be eliminated, plans to build nuclear power plants should be shelved immediately and in return the ETs would help the world develop new sources of energy which were safe and essentially unlimited. The elimination of nuclear was naturally a military decision, but the civilian leadership of that time was also involved.
This was the time of the cold war. Harry Truman was the President. Truman was no Roosevelt - he was a small town Southerner, a decent man, but no great statesman - not exactly an internationalist or overly broad-minded. He had no regrets about using the atomic bombs (My personal opinion: Even if as many would say, using the bomb was necessary to end the war, why did they need to use two? That's like saying we have to kill more than one person to scare the neighbors. Just one dead body doesn't do the trick). When Germany attacked Russia, Truman said "If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don't want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances." He and his cold war Generals were the people who would be making the decision on what to do about the ETs overtures.
The decision was made to ignore the ETs urgent messages. A secret department was created to investigate the ETs, their downed spaceship and their ultra high technology. How did the thought process go? How did they decide what the best course of action was? Since the whole affair is so highly classified, we can only speculate. So here goes (pure speculation):
Super patriotic General (his father may have been at the Alamo): "I smell a rat. What do these wogs want? What is their angle? What is in it for them? Who do they think they are fooling? We waren't born yestirday. Once we disarm they will invade us with their fancy weapons"
Blue blooded Politician (his was the third generation of ivy league educated men in the cabinet): "The great nation of the United States stands between these blood-thirsty savages and the entire world. We are the world's last hope. It is manifest destiny that the US makes the last stand to defend the world against these aliens."
Member of the Cabinet (a self-made man - his father was a used car salesman during the Depression): "These aliens are a bunch of saps. We will just string them along until we figure out their technologies. That can't be too difficult, we already have all those Germans working on the rocket program. If not, we can just con them into handing their secrets over and keep all our nukes as well".
Someone who looks rather like Dan Quayle jumps up and starts hysterical shouting - "USA! USA! USA!". The general asks him to shut up and sit down.
The OSS (CIA) man in dark glasses (nobody in the room knew his real name): "Wonder what kind of sex these aliens have? We could get some pictures and spread them around. Nobody in the world would touch them again with a barge pole. We have already taken care of all the witnesses. Its like the aliens never existed."
The President takes a deep breath and with great pride in his voice: "Boys, today will be remembered forever in history as the day, America did right by the world. Just keep it to ourselves for now. Shut it down like it never happened. Y'all have a good weekend now."
I am sure we can come up with a lot of different scenarios. When governments keep information, which rightfully belongs to all humanity, so secret, I think we have the right to speculate all we want. The decision was unanimous - the aliens were to be ignored. The Truman team basically did not take the ETs that seriously. After all any US marine could break one of those ETs, that they had found on the ship, into two pieces with both his hands tied behind his back. Our jewels - the nukes would be preserved and strengthened. The incident would be completely covered up. It was a wonderful day in America.
When the Truman term ended in 1953, General Eisenhower, the golfing President entered office. The General knew exactly how to fight battles and win wars. Just command someone to do it while he went golfing. Eisenhower's cabinet contained two of the most evil men in the world since WWII - the Dulles brothers (Kissinger, Dick Cheney, David Addington, Karl Rove and Elliot Abrams come pretty close in matching them in evil). One brother was the Secretary of State and the other one was Director of the CIA. And then there was Nelson Rockefeller - he was no stranger to secrecy and the intelligence agencies and Eisenhower had already assigned him chairmanship of the President's Advisory Committee on Government Reorganization. In addition Rockefeller was appointed the head of the Operations Coordinating Board responsible for integrating the implementation of national security policies - the OCB included the Under Secretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Director of the Foreign Operations Administration, the Director of Central Intelligence, and the President's Special Assistant for Psychological Warfare (from Wikipedia).
The ET phenomenon had been well analyzed by the military by now. The report that Nelson Rockefeller saw was devastating - it basically predicted the end of world as he knew it. Nelson Rockefeller was reputedly a 'liberal', eastern republican, not like the narrow minded ones from the south. However, Nelson also believed in the 'American way' and the superiority of 'Western civilization'. He was proud of his white, Anglo-Saxon heritage, American capitalism and his Christian upbringing. He was also an internationalist who believed in spreading these American/European values across the world through evangelizing. The other earthly races were the white man's burden and he would show them the right way to live. But these ETs were going to spoil all that. They appeared to be far more advanced and superior. They even talked in terms of peace and brotherhood. If the world at large found out about these superior beings, why would they bother with what he and America had to say? It would be the end of American and Anglo-Saxon domination. It may even be the end of capitalism. With cheap, unlimited energy sources like the ETs promised, the third world would advance at a rapid pace. All poverty and want would be eliminated. Within a couple of decades, they would catch up with the West. With free energy and technological progress, the countries with the highest population would be the most powerful. China and India would be dominant with the US a distant third. Christian beliefs and dogmas were also at risk. This would never do. The ETs had to be outwitted and defeated. The world was to be united against the ETs under the leadership of America and its allies.(Of course with clean, free energy, there would be no pollution, no climate change, no global warming, no poverty, no starvation - but these were not the problems of the 50s and 60s in America nor considerations for the 'free market' republicans who wanted the market to fix all these problems).
Truman and his team had done a good job keeping the ET information from the public, but now it was time to take it further underground, not only would the public not know about, it would be hidden from all elected officials as well. Nobody but those within military/intelligence complex who were already involved with ETs would have that information and any others would get to know only by invitation from those already in it. This group would be financed completely off the books, by black budgets from the CIA and other agencies or from friends in the know in private industry (banking, defense and energy/oil companies) or even self-financed by illegal activities when necessary. The ultimate coverup had begun. The private industry partners in this black project were very likely led by Nelson's brother - David Rockefeller. Together with other European banking families, US defense contractors and energy interests, the two Rockefeller brothers (or at least Nelson alone) would help the US intelligence communities (CIA/NSA/NRO etc) manage the operation. The golfing president signed off on it and essentially signed himself out of the loop without quite understanding what he had done.
The US Military/Intelligence Cabal and ETs
The plan to handle the ET phenomenon consisted of several projects (all run by the blackest of the black ops):
Try to catch up with the ETs technologically - develop similar space vehicles as well as weapons to disable/destroy such spaceships. This project of building spacecraft like the ETs was handed to the defense contractors who were partners in the operation.
Discredit all witnesses to UFO sightings or close encounters with actual ETs. This involved planting CIA assets in every organization which believed in UFOs and buying off any journalists or writers who wished to investigate the ET phenomenon. The worst part of it was catching those who did have encounters with the ETs and intimidating them, if necessary kidnapping them, torturing them, drugging them or eliminating them if that was what it took.
Get people in the US (as well as the rest of world) to fear and loath the ETs (without ever admitting that they existed). Here the plan got more complex - it involved psychological warfare. The plan was to have the military/intelligence members pretend to be aliens and then abduct ET sympathizers or those who may want to expose the coverup. The abductees were drugged, hypnotized, tortured or sexually abused (the intelligence operatives have long discovered that sexual abuse was a easy way to traumatize people) using techniques perfected in the CIA's mind control project MKULTRA. Besides drugs and hypnosis, bombarding the victims with concentrated electromagnetic rays was also used. The latter technique caused paralysis and often made the victims unknowingly have out-of-body experiences. While under drugs and hypnosis, false memories of alien atrocities were planted in the victims minds. The whole thing sounds like science fiction, but it turned out to be a very successful program. Since the ETs often visited rural areas, a special group that secretly mutilated cattle was created. This was sure to turn farmers against the 'demonic aliens'. If nothing worked outright murder was always an option. They had discovered ways of driving people completely crazy or even inducing cancer in people from a distance using the Electromagnetic weapons
The groups involved in the disinformation, abductions, torture, mutilations were very much like the Nazis - Mengele, Bormann, Himmler, Goebels all rolled into one (apparently only a Hitler was missing). I am convinced the planetary Dark Forces influenced the groups, some of them may have even been obsessed by one of the Lords of Materiality. As years past, the group went out of control. Even the civilian leadership (what little there was of it), like the Rockefellers, could no longer control them. They became a rogue operation within a rogue operation. If a CIA director or even a President dared interfere in the cabal's affairs, they and their families were at risk. No Democratic President was let in on the coverup. Kennedy who tried to find out more may have been assassinated for that very reason. Carter and Clinton did not have a clue and were threatened when they asked any questions. GHW Bush Sr. was in on it, but when he suggested revealing the secret, he too was threatened.
The Church and the ETs
When the Vatican was informed by the US government of the alien menace, they were equally appalled. They searched the Bible desperately for any indication of such beings. If the ETs were not angels or demons, what were they? Could the divine trinity be applied to the ETs too? The Father and the Holy Spirit seemed universal enough, but Jesus posed a real problem. Was Jesus just the Son of Man or also the Son of ET? There was no indications that The ETs accepted such a human/divine Son of God (or even a God). And they were an advance superior race! The whole Christian belief system built around the 'only begotten Son of God' was at risk. It was best to suppress all information regarding the ETs.
Recent statements from the Vatican indicate that they are preparing for the time when eventually the truth about ETs will be revealed. A priest (Monsignor Corrado Balducci) not directly associated with the top brass at the Vatican, has been authorized to state that "extraterrestrial encounters are not demonic, they are not due to psychological impairment, they are not a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully". He spoke about the extraterrestrial people as part of God's creation and that they are not angels nor are they devils. Recently Fr. José Gabriel Funes S.J., the current director of the Vatican Observatory, organized a conference about the possibility and consequences of life existing in outer space. He even suggested that there could be aliens who were superior to humans and not guilty of original sin (Whatever that means! I guess, he is saying that the aliens are not demonic like the fundamentalists believe). Incidentally the SJ - the Society of Jesuits is supposed to control the Vatican's intelligence service.
Islam and the ETs
Luckily for us all, no Islamic country with the exception of Pakistan has nuclear weapons. Pakistan has never had a stable government. There was no point in the ETs approaching them. However, I am sure that if Pakistan's nukes ever got into the wrong hands, the ETs will disable them before any harm is done.
Islam is very specific about the type of beings that exist in the universe. According to Islam there only three kinds of beings - humans, angels and demons. The ETs were not humans and they were definitely not angels - that leaves only one choice. I am pretty sure the full disclosure of the existence of the ETs will result in the complete collapse of the Islamic religion. Unfortunately, the fanatics among the muslims will not give up without a fight. This will mean violent clashes between the firm believers (in this three kind of beings theory) and those Muslims who will accept that the ETs are not demons, but superior and advanced beings.
Foreign Governments and ETs
The motives of The US government are fairly clear. The presence of ETs, their technological superiority, the availability of limitless sources of energy were threats to US domination of the world as well its political, social, economic and religious structures. But what about the other nuclear powers that were also approached by the ETs? What were their motives for participating in the coverup? These are not so clear, so we must speculate. The analyses below is speculation, some day soon we will find how much truth there is in it.
Britain
The British were convinced by the US government that the ETs were dangerous and not to be trusted. If the west ever lost their nuclear weapons, the ETs were sure to invade and take over the world. Britain being a developed economy had nothing to gain by revealing the existence of the ETs and their UFOs and much to lose.
Recent official statements from the British government indicate that while not admitting the ETs/UFOs exist, the British government considers them harmless and benign. However, the British government as usual would like to defer to the US on whether or when to reveal their existence.
France
The French government does not like to defer to the US, but they also see the danger of the West losing dominance and the more populous countries of the East becoming world powers. France is heavily invested in nuclear energy and quite sure the fission plants are safe. Also France is technically a Catholic country. Perhaps the France would like to defer to the Vatican for the timing of revealing the ET phenomenon.
Russia
The Russia were the second country to be approached by the ETs. However they were soon convinced by the US that the ETs would not only leave them defenceless (without nukes) but that the ETs posed a danger to the monopoly of power of the Communist party in Russia. Once the people had free localized energy, they would be independent of any central control. More recently, after the fall of communism, the reason for the Russians silence is not that clear. Naturally like the US, they also did not like the idea of the Eastern countries becoming the dominant world powers in the near future.
China
The Chinese were also fearful of losing their nukes - their only protection against the USSR and US. They were also worried about losing the power monopoly that the centralized communist party enjoyed. More recently, they have been having delusions of grandeur. In a few decades they expect to overtake the US economy and become the dominant power with or without the ETs help. They do not relish the idea of sharing the world stage with the Indians who they consider an inferior race. It is best if the ETs and their technology were delayed or hidden for ever.
India
India has been late coming to the nuclear club. So the contact with ETs has been very recent. India would benefit most amongst all countries by elimination of nukes, the revelation of the existence of the ETs and the development of new energy sources. With cheap energy, India's millions of starving people would be dragged out of poverty in a single generation. Also among all the religions, Hinduism would be least affected by the ET news, if anything many of its beliefs maybe vindicated. However, though India is regional power, on the international stage, it is a timid country. If would defer to the US rather than upset the status quo. Besides Indians are panicky people. If you walk through the streets of Bombay and shout 'the sky is falling', people will run for their lives. That maybe another consideration.
Besides having their own reasons for participating in the coverup, there is reason to believe that leaders of foreign countries have also been threatened by the US Cabal, these include threats to the lives of the leaders as well as their families. There are rumors that members of the families of foreign leaders have been abducted by the US staged fake aliens and frightened into silence.
Myths. Rumors and FAQ
What do the ETs want from us? The ETs want or need nothing from us or the Earth. They are here to help and guide us. They are as benevolent as anthropologists studying primitive tribes, but even more so. They want us to grow up and learn to live in peace with each other. Once we have learnt that, they will welcome us into their club of civilized planets.
Why don't the ETs bypass the governments and just land in a public place for everyone to see? As said before, the ETs are forbidden by Cosmic Law from interfering with Earth affairs or Human Free Will. They need to be invited by the governments or even directly by a major portion of the Earth's population in some way. If the entire international press published many serious stories of the UFOs and asked the ETs to show themselves, that may also do the trick. The ETs naturally would like to avoid causing a panic which a government announcement or a press announcement may help to reduce.
Are ETs scared of nuclear weapons? Only to the extent that the weapons will be used to destroy the world and all life on it. The ETs can technically disable all the weapons and their delivery systems anytime they wish to do so. However, the ETs are not allowed by the Cosmic Law of Free Will and Karma to interfere with the affairs of the Earth. If the world were on the brink of nuclear war, the ETs might intervene, but not before that. When the US sent a plutonium nuclear device to the moon, the ETs disabled it. So outside the Earth's atmosphere, the ETs will intervene whenever necessary. There are rumors that the US is planning to explode a bomb on the moon later this year, there is a good chance that ETs will prevent that too. Of course, the ETs are in touch with the Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy and any such action is taken only in consultation with Them and with Their concurrence.
Do the ETs come from star systems light years away? All the ETs that come the Earth are from Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn. The ones from Mars are the most common and Venusians a distant second. The Martians are the ones who took care of the moon incident and they will handle most of the problems created by the Cabal. Of course there are life forms outside the solar system, many even more advanced. But they are not coming to Earth for now, until affairs on Earth get sorted out, one way or another. (The other way would be to declare the Earth and its inhabitants beyond redemption and leave them to slowly regress and die out, either by climate change, global warming and eventual death by starvation and poisoning or by a nuclear war between the various nuclear nations)
Are there 'evil' ETs as well as 'good' ETs? There are probably some evil ETs somewhere in the universe. However, they are not allowed by the friendly ETs (as well as by Shambala and the Lord of the World) to enter the Earth's sphere. The 'evil' ETs experienced by many people are all creations of the US Military/Intelligence Cabal. There are stories that the Cabal has created hybrid creatures through genetic engineering that resemble ETs. This may or may not be true - maybe they just use midgets in body suits like the Star Wars movies. In any case, these fake ETs are completely controlled by the Cabal and taught to commit these atrocities to malign the real ETs.
Do the ET spaceships travel faster than the speed of light? I don't have this information. The ships are made of etheric matter and may not obey the same laws of physics as gross physical objects. When the UFOs seem to vanish into thin air, they are switching from physical to etheric, becoming invisible to human eyes and appearing to simply disappear. However, I have learnt that they can get from their home planets (like Mars) to Earth in a matter of minutes.
Has the US Cabal developed similar spaceships as the ETs? Some of the ET motherships are a mile or more in length. The secret US government has nothing like that. They have managed to build small craft that resemble the ET spaceships (vertical takeoff, really fast speed), but other than that they nowhere near the ETs technology. The cabal would like to give the appearance that they have achieved parity. There are rumors that the Cabal is planning to stage a fake 'alien invasion' using these primitive flying saucers and frighten the world into uniting against the 'alien menace'. Hopefully we never get to that stage since the Cabal will have to kill many people and destroy many homes to stage a convincing 'invasion'.
Are the BilderBerg Group, CFR and Trilateral Commission members part of the cover up? I have no doubt that a small percentage of the members of the these three groups are aware of the coverup or were initially part of it (for instance Henry Kissinger who worked for Nelson Rockefeller). However, I am also sure that a majority of the members are as much in the dark as anyone else. The members of the three groups share the believe of the Cabal in uniting the world and solving problems as a single entity (with Capitalism as a dogma), but most of them still believe in democracy. The Cabal, on the other hand, really believes in a united world with its own members in control pretty much like dictators (but hidden in the shadows). Even those members who are aware of the coverup have probably lost any control of the Cabal and only serve to provide it intellectual legitimacy. If they made the slightest move to go against the Cabal's wishes, they would also be taken out. The Cabal has now deteriorated into an out of control Mafia (a bit like the Pakistani Taliban). In fact, I believe that one of the goals of the Cabal is to spread disinformation regarding all three of these groups. When and if the fake 'alien invasion' occurs, many of the members of these groups will be probably be apprehended to prevent them from providing any alternate leadership.
Is there a Secret Shadow Government controlling the affairs of the United States as well as other countries? We should not dignify the activities of this gang of thugs by calling them a 'Shadow Government', because an illegal bunch of thugs is essentially what they are. They do not dictate or formulate government policy, but through their activities of intimidation, blackmail, extortion, torture and assassinations, they exercise a veto power on all that occurs within government as well as in private enterprises. Because of the immunity they enjoy from government investigation, prosecution and oversight, they can get away with these nefarious, illegal activities as long as they wish. The members of this Military/Intelligence Cabal or gang of thugs can be broadly classified into four groups (some members may have characteristics of more than one of these groups, but all new members are chosen on the grounds that they fit into one these profiles):
The Billionaire Power Mongers - These are private industry leaders, like the Rockefellers, from the banking, energy or defense industry (from the US as well as Europe). They have been in control of the world economy since the industrial revolution and they are not about to give up that control. In the beginning they had hoped to control space and interplanetary affairs pretty much like they have controlled international affairs for so long. Their plan was to achieve technological parity with the ETs and eventually control them much as they have controlled transnational groups in the world. I believe, however, that after many decades of trying, they have all given up on this goal since the ET's are technologically far too superior. They also realize that the truth about the ETs will eventually come out. All that these billionaires want now, is that their hegemony is prolonged as much as possible and that their own role in the coverup is not disclosed. Some of them prefer that the truth comes out, after their own natural death. Also, they are too frightened of the fourth group to reveal anything much themselves.
The Whacko Nut Cases. These are fundamentalist Christians who believe in the 'End Times' and the 'Second Coming' of the Christ. Actually they are quite correct about the Return of the Christ, but completely wrong about the 'end of the world' and the nature of 'the Christ'. These people not only expect the Christ to return soon, but also the world to end in an apocalypse while the faithful (dead or alive) are raised in a 'rapture' to join the Christ in heaven. Since the bible does not mention ETs, this group believes that the ETs are demons (or fallen angels) and their own job is to defeat these demons, in order to facilitate the return of the Christ as well as the End of World through an apocalyptic war.
The Amoral Technicians. These are engineers, researchers, technicians who want to work on the cutting edge of technology without any ethical or moral boundaries. Besides engineers who work on spacecraft, propulsion systems and new weapons systems, they include scientists involved in genetic engineering trying to create new species - half-man/half-alien (using DNA from captured aliens) as well as psychologists who want to investigate human psychology to control and manipulate people, manufacture/alter memory and consciousness. Being members of this group gives them essentially unlimited resources for their research and development as well as a ready supply of human/animal subjects for experimentation.
The Psycho Enforcers (The Men In Black). These are military or intelligence professionals who are experts in enforcement and disinformation. Through the ruthless use of fear, blackmail, brutal force, mind control as well as financial incentives, they make sure that everything in the media, in politics, in private or public institutions maintains the UFO coverup while at the same time denigrating aliens (if they existed). Their goal is to thwart the efforts of the ETs to promote denuclearization and demilitarization and to unite the world in a new war against the ETs to be fought in space. For instance, the funding for movies like 'the Independence Day' or 'the Fourth Kind' are facilitated by this group. Because of their ability to act with impunity and eliminate any human opposition, the group is in total denial about the superiority of the ETs. The lust of power and control have totally compromised this group, so that they have been taken over by the planetary Dark Forces (something they may or may not be aware of). I don't want to call some of this group - Satanists (because there is no such person as Satan), but they do appear to derive their strength and viciousness by practicing some form of the 'Black Arts' (There is some substance to 'Men who stare at goats'). They have sunk to such low levels of immorality and depravity that they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. They are also quite willing to use the same techniques of control and intimidation against any members of the four groups who may have second thoughts about perpetuating the coverup.
Initially, there was a fifth group - people like Henry Kissinger who provided the whole operation intellectual legitimacy. Henry could say such pithy things like 'one should not confuse international diplomacy with charity work' while dropping bombs on civilians. But the Cabal no longer needed any intellectual legitimacy. They knew they were on a mission from God (or what they think is God) and nothing would stop them in their mission - no President, no elected official, no political appointee, least of all any ordinary citizen.
There are some reasons to believe that joining this Cabal requires a person to take part in some sort of initiation ceremony - a blood oath or blood ritual rather like joining a cult. Apparently this initiation process where one swears to secrecy and loyalty to the group above any other loyalty - to the constitution, president or country, can cause personality changes and somehow brainwash the person into a fanatical, blind allegiance to the group.
However, this Military/Intelligence Cabal has also evolved over time. Though they have not yet stopped their ruthless enforcement activities, it looks like they are tired of playing the game. Right now they are merely acting as if in a dream, as if by force of habit. They would never have allowed a Barack Obama to be elected in the 60s. The decline in American power and the rise of China and India is happening anyway, even without the ET's technology. Now the cabal is only looking for a way out which would let them save their own skins (as well as money) without fear of prosecution or investigation. There may be a plan prepared for a final staged 'alien invasion', but I doubt if it will ever be carried out.
How Will the Coverup be Resolved?
Our spineless media and government are too compromised and frightened by the Psychos for the coverup to be ever exposed from within. The only way this will be resolved is the actual Return of The Christ (or the Imam Mahdi). Once the Christ emerges and is recognized by a majority of the world's people, He will declare Himself as such to all the people of the world. He will then introduce His own group of Masters and soon after that the Space Brothers - the ETs. This emergence of the Christ is scheduled to happen very soon. Similar to the 'Star of Bethlehem', four Stars have appeared in the sky - so that people from all over the world can see this sign of His imminent return, day and night. These four stars are actually spaceships - one from Mars, one from Jupiter, one from Venus and one from another planet (the original Star of Bethlehem was also an UFO). A brilliant spiral-shaped pattern of light was viewed by many witnesses in the skies over Norway on Dec 9, 2009, and it could be seen as far away as London. According to Benjamin Creme, this spectacular design was produced by one of the four 'stars'. It is a sign of hope and wonder that is intended to engage the world's attention. The ETs or Space Brothers are cooperating and working with Earth's Spiritual Hierarchy for the Return of the Christ.

Update 3/15/2011 : With the ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan and the chance of a major nuclear catastrophe (apart from the earthquake itself), the best option for the world would be for the US to request help from the ET's. Not only are these ET's eager to help us, they already do so by neutralizing excess radiation in the atmosphere. However, they can only do so much without an direct official request for their help.
Update 5/23/2013 : I had a very interesting insight yesterday - the relationship between the US Military and the ET's is very similar to the relationship between the North Korean government and the US. For instance:
The North Koreans want to be treated as equals to the US. Other than being two sovereign nations, there is really nothing equal between the two. Same is true for the US military and the ETs - the ETs would rather discuss issues with the UN (or our Spiritual Hierarchy) rather than some self-appointed secret military leadership (without civilians involved).
When the US performs military exercises, the North Koreans panic, feel helpless and become belligerent. When the ET spaceships approach US military installations (they sometimes disable missile launchers, just to make a point), the US military panics and feels helpless
The North Korean government is unpredictable and nobody in the world knows what they will do next. The ETs do not trust the US military to act responsibly either (without civilian supervision).
